Full access to Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and withdrawals — all from your smartphone. The u9member app is built for Malaysia players who are always on the move and never want to miss an opportunity.
Available for iOS, Android, and accessible directly via web browser with no installation required.
Many users ask — can't you just use the web browser? You can. But the u9member app offers several real advantages that make the playing experience far more comfortable and faster, especially for active users who play every day.
First, there's speed. The app loads content faster because certain data is already stored locally on your device. This means shorter loading times when opening the Game Lobby or a live casino table — crucial when a match is live and you need to place a bet in seconds.
Second is push notifications. Through the u9member app, you can choose to receive notifications about new bonus offers, betting results, and withdrawal updates — directly on your phone screen without needing to reopen a browser.
A complete app — not just a trimmed-down version of the web platform.
1080p video streaming directly to your phone. Watch the dealer live with zero interruptions.
Access over 500 slot titles, table games and arcade games in full graphic quality.
Bet on football, badminton, e-sports and over 30 in-play sports during live matches.
DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost — all Malaysia payment methods available in the app.
Manage your profile, verify your identity, and check transaction history directly from the app.
Receive bonus offers, betting results, and withdrawal status directly on your phone.
Switch to dark mode for eye comfort during late-night sessions.
Reach the u9member support team via live chat directly from the app menu.
The u9member Android app is distributed as an APK file due to app store policies — this is standard industry practice and completely safe. Here are the simple steps to install the app on your Android phone:
Go to Settings → Security → enable "Install Apps from Unknown Sources". This is only required once.
Tap the download button on this page using Chrome on your phone. The APK file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
Open the downloaded APK file and tap "Install". The installation process takes less than 30 seconds.
Open the u9member app, log in with your existing account or register a new one, and all games are immediately available.
Security Note: The u9member APK file is digitally signed and scanned for malware before distribution. You can verify the digital signature under App Info settings after installation.
Members who play through the u9member app are eligible for exclusive bonus offers not available on the web browser.
Both platforms work well. But there are differences worth knowing before you choose.
